TIA Issues Call for Interest on new Project for Mobile Equipment (ME) Conformance Testing with CSIM for cdma2000® Spread Spectrum Standards

Stakeholders Invited to Contact TIA Regarding Participation.

Arlington VA. (July 18, 2013) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) TR-45.5 Engineering Committee on Spread Spectrum Digital Technology -- Mobile and Personal Communications Standards has issued a call for interest for document TIA-1207-A initially titled "Mobile Equipment (ME) Conformance Testing with CSIM for cdma2000^® Spread Spectrum Standards".   Revision is being developed to make technical updates and modifications to the test cases defined in the standard.

The stakeholders may include, but are not limited to: mobile phone manufacturers and users.

TIA is actively seeking participation in these projects from the user and general interest communities.
