Downgrade ANS to TIA-only Standard

The Downgrade ANS to TIA-only Standard Form is to be used when a vote has been taken at an official standards formulating group meeting approving the downgrade of an ANS to a TIA-only standard. This form conveys all the necessary information to the TIA Standards Secretariat so that the document can be processed correctly.

Note: This form can not be completed until the meeting report has been approved by legal counsel and on file at TIA.
