Ballot Information
TIA's online ballot system contains the following features:
-
All ballot Web pages are now secure/encrypted
using the latest Network Solutions SiteSafe technology.
-
Log-in is now by user, not by each individual ballot issued
. You are assigned a permanent username and password that is derived from, and verified against, the TIA database.
Click here to lookup your login and password.
-
You select all your default voting options
(such as interest categories) for all ballots from any given committee so that pre-registration is not required each time a ballot is released.
Another option includes the ability to customize your voting options per ballot at any given time such as adding said user to a new committee ballot.
-
View your company's voting history
on all ballots within a certain committee.
-
View whom from your company has registered
as the primary voter and whom from your company has registered to receive the informational copy of the ballot.
-
Real-time ballot summary
.
-
Standardized format for comment compilation
. This feature will require users to submit comments using the Web-based form, and you may stop and save/review each set of comment entries along
the way until complete. We realize it may take more time now to initially enter your comments (vs. the old way of simply uploading one document with
your comments), but it will save much more time and prevent re-key errors in the end.
In addition, committee leadership, editors and other authorized members in the new system will also have controlled access to the below features:
-
Real-time ballot summary display
-
Printable and downloadable versions of the ballot summary
-
Real-time ballot comment compilations
-
Printable and downloadable versions of the ballot comment compilations
In a separate email you will/should receive information with your assigned username, password and directions for signing-up for the committees from which
you would like to receive ballots.
Below are the steps to follow to set your voting options.
