Arlington, Va. – As the information and communications technology (ICT) industry adapts to an increasingly environmentally conscious and energy-stretched world, the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), long-time leader in market intelligence for the industry, has released a new report to educate and inform decision makers in need of reliable, relevant information that will help them sort out fact from fiction and carve out a viable business niche: TIA's ICT Green Report: Energy & Environmental Trends & Forecasts.
TIA unveiled the report ahead of its three-hour Green ICT Boot Camp at SUPERCOMM, which begins at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 22, at McCormick Place in Chicago and ends with a reception at 4:15 pm. The three-panel program topics are Green Design and Market Access; Smart 2020 Business Opportunities and the Low-Carbon Economy; and Can Broadband Be Green?
