Overall, international telecommunications spending will grow $915 billion through 2013 to $3.8 trillion, a 32 percent increase from 2009, the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) reports in its 2010 ICT Market Review & Forecast, which will be released on Wed. April 28.
