Arlington, Va. (August 27, 2013) – The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), the leading association representing the manufacturers and suppliers of high-tech communications networks, said today that its flagship conference, TIA 2013, will explore how the communications network and emerging technology trends will impact the healthcare industry.  TIA 2013: The Future of the Network will bring executives, thought leaders, technologists and policymakers to Washington, D.C. on October 7-10.  The event will include interactive presentations and sessions addressing critical health tech issues, including Electronic Health Records (EHRs), m-health, Big Data, network modernization, cloud computing, data security, and more.
