The CCNT certificate program is a competency-based program covering a broad range of topics related to the integration of data, voice and video technologies. More than 45,000 individuals have earned their CCNT certificate validating the core knowledge required to sell and support convergence services. The CCNT certificate program is for network administrators and engineers, telecom sales professionals, engineers and consultants, and telecom and data communications instructors. CCNT is recommended as a prerequisite to CTP certification or vendor-specific certification programs. The CCNT exams validate entry-level knowledge in six areas:

The CTP certification is the only proven program designed to validate standards-based knowledge in today's convergence technologies. With more than 4,000 CTP-certified individuals worldwide, the CTP certification continues to lead the way in workforce readiness and industry-approved learning development. The CTP certification is supported by a high-stakes (proctored) exam that validates that an individual has the core knowledge and skills required by equipment manufacturers, their channel partners and end-users to sell and service convergence technologies.
