  Despite claims that nationwide incumbents got the
  lion’s share of spectrum in the 700MHz Order, not
  all spectrum went to nationwide carriers. In fact,

Small- and medium-sized businesses (SME’s)
must now comply with all of the Sarbanes-Oxley
Act (SOX). Continued advocacy at the Securities
Exchange Commission (SEC) has resulted
in the recognition and further study of cost
impact on companies subject to Section 404.
