Convergence Technologies Professional (CTP) Certification
Covers data and telephony networking and convergence technologies, including industry standards and protocols, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and network convergence. The training program is delivered using an instructor-led online format combined with independent study.

Designed and developed by industry leaders worldwide, the CTP is a broad-based, vendor neutral certification that serves as a foundation for their vendor-specific
learning programs.

Certified in Convergence Network Technologies (CCNT) Program
Created for entry-level convergence professionals, this competency-based program covers a broad range of topics related to the integration of data, voice and video technologies. The CCNT certificate exam is an un-proctored, open-book exam consisting of approximately 450 questions in six separate online tests.

Company members receive a 20% discount when certifying 10 or more employees. The discounted program includes the entire suite of online, CD-ROM and PDF format training materials as well as exam vouchers. Individual staff of TIA member companies receive a 10% discount on the CTP and CCNT exams.
